IRU 27th Annual Auction Recap

Idaho Rivers United’s 27th Annual Auction for the Rivers concluded last Friday and we are immensely grateful for the support of our members and partners!

Our virtual auction once again allowed us to broaden our audience and reach a wider audience than is typical with our in-person event. IRU members from across the country were able to bid on packages, attend our auction Happy Hour, and support the protection of Idaho’s rivers and wild fish.

Thanks to our generous auction benefactors, Dr. Buck Drew & Becky Klassen, IRU had the ability to match all donations up to $10,000 during the auction week. We exceeded our goal: IRU members and supporters donated over $10,030, allowing us to earn the match!

Our community and business partners went above and beyond in donating river gear, outdoor experiences, food/drink, and art. Additionally, some of our Brewshed Alliance partners hooked up IRU members with some amazing beer deals in honor of auction week. We wouldn’t have a successful auction or fundraising event without their annual support.

We hope you took the time to peruse the auction packages and congratulations to the lucky high bidders! Your support propels our work onward. Thank you!
